When change is coming
From the archives (2023)
That space right before. Past the last end. Through the between. Not quite at the next beginning.
A liminal space of sorts. But different. You can’t quite see the next beginning, but you can taste it, hear it, feel it taking shape. You know it has breath and heartbeat. You feel it forming but it’s not fully formed so you can’t make out its shape.
There is a something and you almost know what it is, but it doesn’t have language so you can’t name it. Maybe it is beyond language.
It’s coming. You know this. You feel it in your sinew and marrow. It’s coming and its almost here but not quite.
There is both excitement and patience. Anxiety and peace. Allowing unfolding, developing. A knowing it can’t be rushed, it will be here in its own time.
And while you wait, you feed it, water it, make sure it gets enough sun and air. You live and love and grow because your growth is its growth and its growth and birth is a marker of your own.
