Developing a relationship with the land you live with is vital for not only our individual and collective healing, but also for the healing of the planet.
Twists and turns.
Venus and Jupiter (my two ruling planets) met in the sky Monday night and whispered important messages to each other. Big change is continuing to unfold, now with karmic blessings. Are you ready for it? (/channeling Taylor Swift).
We know when we are avoiding. We know when our ego is getting in the way of intimacy and connection. We know when we need to hold ourselves accountable. The question is, how are we going to act from this knowing?
Being in the unfolding asks for both patience and curiosity.
We all contain (contradictory, complimentary, and complex) multitudes.
Home is where we can breathe and be, easily and naturally.
How we treat the outer world is a direct reflection of how we feel towards our own inner worlds.
We have become parasitic, and we are capable of changing back into symbiotic relationship.
The horrors we see in the world are the reminders of how much inner healing we each have to do.
It’s all interconnected. It’s all interdependent.
The hate and pain will continue to exist as long as we allow it to continue existing within our own body, mind, and soul.
Slowing down and connecting with our younger, wounded, and rightfully angry parts, is an important part of emotional maturity that allows for deeper emotional intimacy.
We may want people to drop everything for us, but that is not how adult relationships work.
The expectation that people “have to” tell us what is happening in their lives to “prove” our importance to them is borderline abusive and disregards other’s personal boundaries.
Recognizing a relationship is on a precipice gives us the opportunity to look at our own harmful patterns and do the work of change instead if staying focused on everything the other person does “wrong.”
We can only do our own inner work. We can only control our own actions and reactions. If we want change, we have to create that change within ourselves.
Knowing something is “meant to be” doesn’t come with a lot of rainbows or unicorns. It does come with a lot of intense soul lessons and growth.
