We all need to let others know how much we appreciate them and how much they mean to us more often.
Allowing the tears and release to flow gently, without analyzing the whys or whats is part of being present in the now and to our emotions.
Doing our small parts of bringing change are vital. We need to remember this.
Sometimes planning and planting a garden is about far more than the food that may be produced.
Listening to our knowing is a practice.
Fear stops our soul growth.
Ego blocks our soul connections and destiny.
Connecting to the spirit and energy of a place can be a homecoming.
Some connections are more ethereal and ineffable than we can imagine.
Sometimes we have to put our grief in a box on a high shelf. It’s not that we forget about it, or ignore it, it’s that this is the only way we could survive in the moment.
Sometimes things we thought lost and gone forever return in ways we never imagined.
