SCH 09 :: Finding center & ground
We have all been in challenging conversations, challenging situations. Those time when our heart starts racing and we literally have our flight/fight/freeze response activated. When perhaps our bodies shake or our stomaches turn acidy or our head starts to hurt something fierce.
I know I've been there. Many, many times.
And I haven't always responded to those challenging situations in a way that makes me proud.
