SCH 06 :: Feeling our boundaries
We continue our work of connecting to our bodies and their boundaries and how those physical boundaries and senses are indicators of our emotional and psychological boundaries.
Often what I am calling our physical connection to our boundaries is also called our intuition or inner knowing. It is that non-verbal, very sensory feeling that something isn't right. We may not have a conscious logical reason for this feeling. The sensation may feel like a vibrating in our skin or muscles. It may be felt in our stomachs. Or perhaps it's a pain in our left shoulder that flares up right before something is about to go down.
This is all our bodies picking up on sensory queues. I
