SCH 05 :: All our senses
We have begun the work of connecting to our boundaries. We are beginning by connecting to our physicality, the boundaries of our actual body in space; by reclaiming our bodies as ours and learning to come home to them.
In this reclaiming we are also reconnecting to our senses. No only the Basic Five, but all of them.
