SCH 04. Boundaries
Today we shift our focus and expand our work to exploring and connecting to our boundaries.
We have set up a foundation of practical tools to calm our nervous systems, to soothe our anxiety. We will be using this foundation as we continue our time together. Boundary work can be stressful initially, and can activate our fight/flight/freeze/fawn response. So, it is important to continue practicing those exercises and to play with new ones as you feel called or inspired to do so.
Our boundary work will be focused on are our physical boundaries and learning to connect to them. These boundaries inform our emotional and psychological boundaries and as you are able to connect more fully with your own physicality and become more embodied, you will notice how your want and ability to honor and defend your emotional and psychological boundaries will increase.
