Today I am sharing some "psycho-ed" about our nervous systems and how they respond to stress so you can understand some of your own hows and whys a little bit better.

Some basics.

The brain is made up of four "lobes" (technically eight if we count each side as separate, but for the our purposes, we'll say four): 

• Occipital Lobe 

• Parietal Lobe

• Frontal Lobe

• Temporal Lobe 

• Plus the Cerebellum

Each lobe is responsible for various physical and mental functions (see diagrams).
