SCH :: 01 Nervous System Healing
During the first month of this material, we will be focusing on soothing our nervous system, and as part of that connecting and coming back in to our bodies. There are many reasons why we leave our bodies or are only connected from the neck up, some of them personal and some of them cultural and some of them having a long familial history.
In the end, we are left disconnected from our bodies and having a nervous system that is highly agitated and we don't feel good in our own skin at all.
Over the entire three months of this material, the hope is, that will begin to shift for you. And our first step in this journey is learning and practicing simple and effective nervous system soothing techniques to utilize when we begin to notice we feel triggered, overwhelmed and or incredibly stressed.
