  1. Actions and inactions are information. Respond accordingly.

  2. Sometimes we don’t feel ready for, or are scared of, what our next evolution may be. Having patience with ourselves, and trust in our ancestors and guides, is a key to moving through it.

  3. Spirituality is part the human experience. The more we are able to tap into that greater consciousness and viscerally feel and know our interconnections, the more we will find our ways to co-creating a world that is equitable and supportive for all of us.

  4. Embracing our sensuality and sexuality as part of our spirituality is a vital practice in order for there to be real and lasting change - relationally, collectively, and individually.

  5. Choosing who we embark on our healing and (r)evolutionary journeys with may not always be as straightforward as we’d like, and sometimes the people we truly want to do this work aren’t available, either due to distance, timing, or readiness. That doesn’t mean we put our work on hold, it means we accept what is and make choices from there, even if it’s not what we would prefer.

  6. Knowing what is to come but not when can be frustrating and anxiety provoking. Trusting kairos and continuing to live our lives is a key.
