When we live and love with broken open hearts things can be messy. Painful. Confusing. Frustrating. Things can also be extraordinarily beautiful. Overwhelmingly magical. Peaceful. Filled with ease.

It means we often find what we weren’t consciously looking for and what our body, mind, and or soul wants and needs.

It means we don’t give up. Sometimes that’s good, other times not so much.

It means we feel deeply, both love and grief, because they are forever partners moving through life together, hand in hand.

It means in this feeling deeply, we need to remember to slow down. To be curious, about ourselves, others, events, experiences.

It means we love and care for another freely, without expectations. Meeting people where they are and making a decision for ourselves if we stay or go, without demanding another person change.

It also means we are ever changing. That some people have us wanting things we once believed impossible. That our world view changes as new people and experiences enter o…
