Several years ago I became aware of how unconnected to my feet, and therefore how unconnected to ground, I was. This mindfulness exercise helps us to become aware of our feet and ground and allow us to become more centered through our days.
You will be going for a walk for this exercise, either in your home or outside the choice is yours. If you are inside, or live somewhere there is warm weather, try to do this exercise barefoot.
