(Re)Claiming touch is our mission this week.

Platonic touch.  Sexual touch.  Loving touch.  Rough touch (if we like that).  Gentle touch.  

This is the time of connecting to our root, our pelvis, yes, and also of reclaiming our senses, our ability to feel good in our own skin.  To reclaim our birthright of embodiment and physical care. 

This is a powerful feeling - feeling good in our own skin, feeling safe and at home in our own bodies. It is a feeling that has been robbed from us by our culture and by our own personal traumas.  It is a feeling that we were born with, and yet was taken away from us at too young an age.

It is powerful to reclaim touch as a part of being human.  All touch.
