This week we reclaim our ease.  

What to I mean by ease?  The Google dictionary defines ease as:

noun :: absence of difficulty or effort

verb :: move carefully, gradually, gently

I see ease as a letting go, as a not needing to control everything, an allowing things to be.  This mostly looks like letting go of what other people are or are not doing in their lives, even in the ways they treat us.  

It is important to set boundaries, and valid to expect people to respect them.  However we can't stop others from ignoring our boundaries; we can however made a decision about whether we continue to allow those people in our lives, or to what extent we allow them in our lives.

Ease is also a letting go of judgement, of others and of ourselves.  It is about compassion.  It is about resilience.  It is about being and not doing.
