Every third week of the content cycle is a week focused on reclamation.  It is the week we redefine what pleasure is for us, a day to look at the things we once did that brought us joy and to start to bring them back into our lives, a day to consider all the things we'd like to try, to explore, to experiment and see if they bring us pleasure and to begin to do just that.

The last couple weeks we have been exploring the stories we have in our minds around pleasure.  What we were taught by our families of origin, by our mentors, by society in general.  

Today, we define pleasure for our selves.
