The second week in the three week pattern will be our weeks in the liminal space between acknowledging a pattern, setting it down and then reclaiming our own truth and moving into a different way of being. It is also a space of self-care and self-compassion. A quiet space.
It is important to allow for the in-between spaces. For the time when we aren't actively releasing or reclaiming, unearthing or planting anew. A time for passive integration of what we have learned, of allowing the open space for what we have let go.
We can look at this as a time of rest, and also I want to be clear that it's not a time of doing "nothing." Integration of new ways of thinking and being takes
