Over the last almost six months I have invited you to reclaim various aspects of your Core Self.  I believe that this reclamation process is also a life long process with many layers and stages to it.  And even so, the more of our Core Self we are able to reclaim, the more integrated we become.  

As we begin to reclaim our ability to be present to our grief, we are also reclaiming bodily sensations, emotions, and deep truths about our Self.  We are connecting to our Self with more depth, more breadth, more knowing, more compassion.  We are learning to tolerate uncomfortable sensations and emotions with more and more ease.  We are embracing the wholeness of who we are.
