Integrating our grief work is both complex and simple. To integrate our grief means to allow it to be a part of us, to embrace it as an aspect of our Core Self. To know that our grief (nor our trauma) is not the whole of who we are, and is part of who we are. It is an acceptance, a deep form of self love.
