This is a week of (re)clamation.
Reclaiming our voice is not an easy feat. It can feel terrifying. Most of us have held our silence for so long we may not even know how to begin to speak of some things.
As we begin to reclaim our voice we may feel fear. Our voices may shake when we first begin to speak, our bodies may shake. We may feel nauseous. We may want to cry.
All these responses are in the realm of “normal.”
