We are now in our “in-between week”. The space between acknowledging a piece of our truth and reclaiming a part of us. It is a space of processing. And it is a space of caring.
Many of us aren't super great at self care. There may be a million reasons for this, and at the root is our own trauma experiences and how they have silenced us, taught us about our self-worth, influenced and impacted our world view and our view of our Self.
Caring for our Self is important.
