Reclaiming our sexuality, our sensuality, our sensuousness. 

This is the time of connecting to our root, our pelvis, yes, and also of reclaiming our senses, our ability to feel good in our own skin.

This is a powerful feeling - feeling good in our own skin, feeling safe and at home in our own bodies. It is a feeling that has been robbed from us by our culture and by our own personal traumas.  It is a feeling that we were born with, and yet was taken away from us at too young an age.
