Autonomy, timing, & interconnection
Letting go of control and allowing life to unfold in its own time
I do not wait for people. I do however leave doors open when they are ready to catch up.
What I mean by this is : I do not put my life on hold for another. I do not put my healing and growth on hold for another. I do not allow this one precious life to revolve around another. I do not change my trajectory for another. I do not stop myself from doing things I want, things I enjoy, based on whether another is there to do them with me. My life continues to move forward and back regardless of what another may or may not be doing. My boundaries are clear, my priorities are clear, and they don’t waver at the whim of another.
And.
I am open to possibilities. I am open to connect should our paths meet (again). I am open to see how life, relationships, people unfold. I open to curiosity. I am open to see if we fit together now, when we didn’t in the past. I’m open to see if we still fit together now, like we did in the past. I am open to the reality that we never meet the same person twice, nev…
